How do I Fix Photos Scanned Together or Missed?

Missed or incorrectly grouped scans can be fixed by reviewing the original scan shot and manually selecting the missing photo area.

See the steps below to correct photo detection issues.


How to split or add a missing photo:

  1. Open the photo and adjust the crop so it fits one photo only. Tap the checkmark to save.
  2. Go back to the album screen.
  3. Tap the three dots in the top-right corner to open the album menu.
  4. Select Edit original scan shots.
  5. You’ll see all original scan shots with dashed outlines. Tap the shot that contains the missing photo.
  6. Tap the center of the missing photo to mark it. The app will crop it automatically.
  7. Tap the checkmark icon to save.

Good to know: This process is also helpful for reviewing your scans to make sure every photo was detected and cropped correctly. If a photo was missed, you can easily add it manually.
