Why Doesn't Google Save All my Photos?

Google Photos may not save all your photos for a few common reasons. Here’s what to check:

1. The photos were already saved

If the photos were previously uploaded to Google Photos, they won’t upload again.

What to do: Delete the photos from Google Photos first, then try saving them again from the Photomyne app.

2. You’re trying to upload too many at once

Uploading a large number of photos at the same time may fail.

What to do: Try saving photos in smaller groups instead of all at once.

3. Alternative method

If the direct save to Google Photos doesn’t work:

  1. Save all scans from Photomyne to your device’s camera roll.
  2. Open the Google Photos app.
  3. Upload the photos from your camera roll to your Google Photos account.

If the issue continues, make sure you’re signed in to the correct Google account and that the Google Photos app has permission to access your photos.
