How Do I Save my Scanned Photos to my Phone, Computer, or Google Photos?

Save to your mobile device (phone or tablet)

  1. Open the app.
  2. Go to the album with the photos you want to save.
  3. Tap the Share button.
  4. Select the photos you want to save.
    • To select all photos in the album, tap the circle at the top-right.
    • If you want to save photos from different albums:
      • iOS: On the main screen, tap the Share icon at the bottom and choose “Share selected photos”.
      • Android: On the main screen, tap the Search icon at the top-right to see photos from all albums.
  5. Tap Save selected photos.
  6. Choose Save to this device.
  7. Choose whether to save with details (captions + white border) or without details (just the photo).

Save to your computer

1. In the sharing options, tap Save selected photos and then Send to your computer.
  2. Enter your email address to receive the link.
  3. On your computer, open the email sent by Photomyne.
    • Check your Spam/Junk folder if you don’t see it.
  4. Click the link in the email to open your photos on the Photomyne website.
  5. Click Download all photos to save everything to your computer.
    • Note: “Download all” is only available to paying members.

Save to Google Photos

  1. Open the app.
  2. Go to the album with the photos you want to save.
  3. Tap the Share button.
  4. Select the photos you want.
  5. Choose Save to Google Photos from the list of options.
  6. If asked, sign in to your Google account.
  7. Confirm the upload. Your photos will appear in your Google Photos library under the Photomyne album.

Saving to Google Photos is best for sharing or keeping selected photos alongside your everyday pictures — rather than moving an entire curated Photomyne collection while trying to preserve its structure.

Important to know about exporting

Photomyne is designed not just for scanning, but for preserving your photos together with their stories. Features like keeping the front and back of a photo connected, maintaining the scan order, and adding dates, captions, and notes are fully supported within the Photomyne platform.

When you export photos (to your device, computer, or Google Photos), you’re exporting the photo files themselves. Other platforms do not support Photomyne’s album structure, connected sides, or curation details, so this information will not transfer.
