Here’s another curated collection of photo memories, all explicitly shared by people around the world using the apps by Photomyne

My dad was a fledgling reporter in 1936. He was on the airfield awaiting Howard Hughes, who was supposed to land and refuel in Minneapolis. Mr. Hughes radioed in that he would be late. All other network reporters decided to go to lunch to wait. Dad had brought his lunch so he sat on the edge of the field to eat and watch the planes take off and land... Well, lo and behold, Howard Hughes did end up making it on time. Dad, the only reporter on the field, got an exclusive interview. It was his 15 minutes of fame. MN USA 1936
