Stopping your Photomyne subscription only takes a few steps, but cancellations must be completed through your original billing provider.
See the instructions below to cancel your membership successfully.
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store (iOS)
- Open the App Store app.
- Tap your profile icon (top right).
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Find the relevant Photomyne app in the list.
- Choose to change or cancel your plan.
If you subscribed through the Google Play Store (Android)
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select the relevant app.
- Manage or cancel your subscription there.
If you subscribed on the Photomyne website
- Visit portal.photomyne.com on your computer or mobile browser.
- Choose the relevant Photomyne app and enter your email.
- Check your email and enter the login code.
- If needed, log in using Apple, Google, email, or phone number.
- Click your profile icon (top right) or go to Account.
- Go to Plan / Billing.
- Manage or cancel your subscription there.
Important reminders
- Deleting the app does NOT cancel your subscription.
- If your membership ends, your account returns to the basic (free) version.
- Your photos will remain on the device you scanned them with, but they will not be backed up or available on other devices.
- If you delete the app without a membership, you may not be able to recover your photos later.
